We formulate all major grease types using optimised saponification chemistry, correct base oil selection, and precisely dosed additive packages. Every formulation includes complete NLGI grade control, drop point optimisation, and ASTM test data. Process SOPs are provided for commercial production scale-up.

Development

We don't just blend commercial additive packages — we understand the chemistry from first principles and design custom packages from individual additive components. This allows us to create cost-competitive treat systems that match API and BIS performance standards while significantly reducing your per-litre or per-kg additive cost compared to sourcing from Afton, Lubrizol, or Infineum.

  • ZDDP (Zinc Dialkyl Dithiophosphate) — primary anti-wear, AW/EP and antioxidant functionality
  • PIBSI (Polyisobutenyl Succinimide) — ashless dispersant for soot and deposit control
  • OCP / PMA — viscosity index improver for multigrade lubricant formulation
  • ADPA / Phenolic — high-temperature antioxidant systems for oxidation control
  • Ca / Mg Sulfonate — metallic detergents for TBN management and acid neutralisation
