R&D & bench batch

Lab formulation, bench-batch trial, ASTM/IP testing against target spec, iteration as needed. 2–4 weeks typical.

Scale-up & pilot

Process scaling to pilot batch at your plant or our partner facility. Process SOP captured. Full BIS/API documentation.

Handover & support
