Lubechem Consultant was founded in 2010 by Er. Manoj Kumar, a chemical engineer with two decades of formulation experience across lubricant base oils, grease saponification, additive chemistry and process scale-up.
Before Lubechem, he led R&D at multiple lubricant blenders in India and worked closely with multinational additive suppliers — which is precisely why this practice is structured to be independent of any one supplier or chemistry house.
