Lubechem Consultant was founded in 2010 by Er. Manoj Kumar, a chemical engineer with two decades of formulation experience across lubricant base oils, grease saponification, additive chemistry and process scale-up.

Before Lubechem, he led R&D at multiple Indian lubricant blenders and worked closely with multinational additive suppliers — which is precisely why this practice is structured to be independent of any one supplier or chemistry house.

Founded in New Delhi

Er. Manoj Kumar establishes Lubechem Consultant as an independent lubricant formulation practice serving Indian blenders.

2013

Grease & additive divisions added

Expansion into grease saponification consultancy and custom additive package development for cost-sensitive Indian blenders.

2016

First international engagement

First export-market consultancy contract — UAE-based blender for the Middle East commercial vehicle market.

2019

Annual R&D Partnership launched
