QC per RDSO M-942 Class B: drop >265 °C, penetration 265-295, 4-ball weld 315 kgf, water washout <8%, D942 oxidation <30 kPa @ 100 hr. Ex-works cost ₹170-240 / kg conventional; ₹240-340 / kg high-speed PAO variant (LC-RAIL-AB-HS for Vande Bharat / Tejas). Pack 18 kg pail or 180 kg drum to railway depot via tender supply. Each batch should clear full ASTM lubricant & grease testing against the RDSO panel before dispatch.
