Lubricant Oil Formulation

Fully formulated engine, gear, hydraulic, transformer, turbine and metalworking oils across 50+ product types. Each formulation is engineered around your available base oils (Group I–III, PAO, ester), the target viscosity grade and the performance class you need to claim, then validated against the relevant BIS, API, ACEA or ISO pass criteria before handover. You receive the complete working formulation and the test data to defend it — exact recipes shared only under NDA.

02Formulation

Grease Formulation

Grease across 15+ thickener systems — lithium and lithium complex, calcium sulfonate complex, polyurea, aluminium complex, bentonite clay and PFPE — spanning the full NLGI consistency range from semi-fluid 000/00 to block grade 6. We match the thickener, base oil and additive system to your operating temperature, load, water exposure and speed factor, and prove it on dropping point, four-ball weld/wear and water washout.

Additive Package Dev.

Do I own the formulation you develop for me?

Yes. Every engagement transfers the complete formulation IP to you — full bill of materials, manufacturing process, MSDS, TDS and a COA template — so you can manufacture independently without ongoing royalties.

Which standards and specifications can you formulate and certify to?

BIS IS 13656, API (SP, CK-4 and more), ACEA A3/B4/C3, ISO grades, IEC 60296 for transformer oil, NSF H1 food-grade, RDSO M-942 railway grease and EPR used-oil compliance — with complete documentation and certification support.

Do you work with new lubricant brands and startups, or only established manufacturers?
